Dr. The The Aung is an Australian trained psychiatrist and obtained her fellowship from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists
(RANZCP) in 2023. Before joining the RANZCP fellowship training program, Dr. The The earned a broad experience overseas working as a psychiatry doctor at an accredited teaching hospital, the Institute of Mental Health Hospital, Singapore. She enjoys providinghealth care to culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
Dr. The The offers full psychiatric evaluation and ongoing management in adult psychiatry and has special interests in mood disorders, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, psychotic disorders, adult ADHD and neurostimulation therapies, particularly transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy (TMS) for depression. She has experience treating hormone related mood disorders, and her passion is to support women struggling with severe premenstrual symptoms, particularly with ADHD.
The unwavering companionship of her beloved cat Amigo and dog Jasper has provided her with comfort and motivation during challenging times, reminding her to take breaks, find joy in the little things, and stay grounded.
